Taylor Swift settled in a legal case against a gossip site which is considered a defamation related to a topless blonde girl photo with title Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked? is spread across the internet.

Through her lawyer, singer 'Back to December' has filed a letter of dismissal and bans against CelebJihad site. The site posted a picture of topless girl like Taylor Swift in a bedroom.

Taylor insisted that blonde girl in the picture was not her and demanded to immediately remove the picture. Celeb Jihad also accused of spreading false pornographic image and news are not true about Swift.

Although threats of violence have been done, the site was not deleted the post, titled "Taylor Swift Private Topless Pic Leaked?".
