Learning by doing

. Wednesday, December 23, 2009

One obstacle in the business is confused to start with, where to go, and what to do now? or even delay to start because we have not or do not understand A,B,C.., so we wait to know everything. Is it true? If it all in our mind- we will never be able to start anything. All these issues will hamper our success.

It's true that we must know the basic foundation for our business but do not get caught, learn the business is not the same as learning at school, business learning is the knowledge that business needs to implement, rather than rote action and can score 100. Business learning is learning by doing. We can learn while continuing to build our business empire.

Do not be afraid either to start a business, because instead of the mistakes we will be able to know what have to do. People who succeed in business either on-line or off-line is not a person who never do mistakes. Mistakes will add someone to be more careful and mature in their act. Do not let the small things make you delay starting your business success. Do not let lack of knowledge hinder your steps to success.

The real successful people are those who never stop moving to continue to move forward and forward again. They want this day to be better than yesterday and tomorrow should be better than today. Away with all the confusion in you, ask your ignorance to those  who know better, never be afraid to ask, never be afraid to move. Asking now yourself, what has been done to start your business? let's stand by me just let us go forward together to launch success.

KEEP THE SPIRIT!

Many people already look forward to welcoming Chevrolet Cruze. Real form compact sedan for world markets was just introduced last year as concept. For the North American market, one of General Motor's flagship product is shown at the Los Angeles Motor Show.

New Cruze equipped Ecotec turbocharged 1.4L engine 4 cylinder with 138 PS maximum power with a torque of 148 lb-ft. When used across the highway, the GM said that its fuel consumption 40 mpg.

The other model using 1.8 L capacity with 4 cylinder. Although larger engine capacity, but less power than the 2 PS 1.4L with torque 123 lb-ft. Both are equipped Cruze 6-speed manual transmission or automatic with the type LS, LT, and LTZ, and after two more types using turbo.

Lots of interesting things from this Cruze, not just the exterior appearance is no longer stiff as typical American car, but has a very elegant design like the European sedans. An outstanding spatbord/fender design implies that the Cruze is a great powered car.

Safety is a top priority. As stated by the source of the GM. Imagine, in one car there were 10 air bag. Among those on the back of the bench and also protects the knee passengers.

Not only that, the car is also equipped with stability control and ABS as standard equipments. With Rear disc brake as option. Meanwhile, all four wheels using a wheel between 16, 17, and 18 inches.

So this is an elegant car with high safety feature. Anyone give me one plz....

Misterious Spiral light in Norway

. Friday, December 11, 2009

Blue and white spiral light, squiggly and suddenly appears in the Norway's sky. It is not connected with the aurora borealis, or northern lights, the natural magnetic phenomena that can often be viewed in that part of the world. The mystery began when a blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain in the north of the country. UFO? I don't think so..

Russian defence ministry, said that Russia's new nuclear-capable missile suffered another failed test launch. In their statement, The Bulava missile was test-fired from the submarine Dmitry Donskoi in the White Sea early Wednesday but failed at the third stage. The pre-dawn morning launch coincided with the appearance of an extraordinary light over northern Norway that captivated observers.

Images of the light that appeared in the sky above the Norwegian city of Tromso and elsewhere prompted explanations ranging from a meteor, northern lights, a failed missile or even a UFO.

Our world filled with amazing animals. Many of the animals that we have never seen, even in our imagination.

Animals with various sizes, color, and behavior. Like this one: peacock spider. actually, it's small, just 4 mm long, but it's beautifully formed. It's raises a pair of legs and fans out two flaps at the back of his body in an unusual mating ritual.

Invisibility Suit?

. Tuesday, November 17, 2009
0 comments

I love technology. Many things that have been generated by technological. Have you thought of wearing a cloak that makes you invisible? Although the cloaks may sound like something from Harry Potter, researchers in London were today given the go ahead for a £4.9 million project to create a real invisibility suit. In Rowling's stories, Harry Potter uses his cloak to move around his school unseen.

Today, researchers at Imperial College said such a garment could soon become a reality. They hope to create a cloak from a new material that can manipulate light.

We can see an object when light hits an object, it bounces off the surface and into the eye and making the object visible. The invisibility cloak made from 'meta-material' would work by 'grabbing hold' of light waves and making them flow smoothly around an object, in the same way that water in a river flows round a stick.

Putting the cloak on would render the wearer invisible to the human eye. The team at Imperial College say the meta-material could have a range of other applications, including creating super-sensitive microscopes and airport security sensors that can spot tiny amounts of chemicals.

However, they admit the Harry Potter cloak is likely to generate the most interest. Sir John Pendry, who is leading the project, which is being funded by the Leverhulme Trust and will be carried out with the University of Southampton, said: 'We've shown that an optical invisibility cloak is theoretically possible - the big challenge now is to build it.'

Pacquiao vs Cotto

I saw a great fight: Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto.  Pacquiao is too strong for Miguel Cotto. Aggressive and fast throughout the fight, Pac-Man finally has the right to the world boxing championships WBO Welter class in MGM Grand Garden Arena,Las Vegas

But Cotto toughness begun to decline since the fourth round. Pacquiao with a constant speed and blows a deadly combination makes Cotto cornered for several times.

In the 12th round, Pac-man's punch combinations again makes Cotto again cornered on the ring. When Cotto almost fell referee Kenny Bayless stopped the game. Referee Kenny Bayless stopped the fight 55 seconds into the final round and Pacquiao TKO win declared. Manny Pacquiao became a five-weight, five-time world champion with a stunning victory over Miguel Cotto.

Cotto's face was swollen, blood was flowing from his nose and his cuts, and he simply could not stop Pacquiao from bouncing inside and throwing both hands at will.

ball is round

. Wednesday, September 30, 2009

The ball is round. Every thing can happen. No big team that unbeaten. Like in premiership this season. The big five: Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Arsenal cannot make perfect result like last season (in the same match). Manchester United was defeat by new comer: Burnley. Chelsea was defeat by Wigan Atletic, Liverpool and Arsenal have their 2 lose. In europe, Liverpool was defeat by Fiorentina in Artemio Franchi. So every thing can happen.

There are two team, big team from Spain, Barcelona and Real 'new galacticos' Madrid that still unbeaten. But there is long season, with many games, local, regional and international match. So, how long they can make a positive result...

Btw, do you like football?...

The second night race in Singapore, sunday, Lewis Hamilton claimed his second victory of the season and 11th of his career in F1. Starting from pole position, Hamilton led from start to finish in difficult driving conditions.
Timo Glock (Toyota) finished second, and who won Singapore Gp last season, Fernando Alonso (Renault) in third place. For Timo Glock it's 1st podium for this season. That's a great race for him and also Toyota F1team. On the other place, Alonso, still good although his team has a great problem this season, after Silviao Briatore out from this team and also from F1 because of singapore gp's scandal last season.
Ferrari still un-competitive, although they have a good drivers,Kimi Raikkonen and Giancarlo Fisichella. Kimi finished 10thm and Fisichella 13th. I think this season is bad race for Ferrari :(
In other side, Jenson Button be the strongest candidate for world champion this season. He still lead 15 poin from Rubbens Barichello in second place with 3 remain race.

Time to Buy Gold

. Thursday, August 13, 2009
1 comments

Invest in anything based on "seasonal" patterns is not always wise, we can see in 2008 it's showed pretty clearly. But, August is traditionally an excellent time to buy gold. Gold has tracked its seasonal pattern very closely this year — it did well in the winter, sold off in early spring and rebounded in May.

It seasonality has historically provided excellent buying opportunities early in as demonstrated in the past eight years. Buy gold in August or
the third quarter is a good idea.
Investors take advantage of any weakness in gold or silver prices over the next several weeks to buy equities. Remember, that gold demand usually picks up from September onwards as the wedding and festival season in India begins, and investors return from holidays and get back to work.

But, like the other instrument, gold market was totally lost in 2008. It was an anomaly. It happen when the credit crisis kicked in and gold fell along with everything else.

In terms of investing, prefer gold equities to the gold exchange-traded fund, pointing out that equities have historically outperformed the gold price in the second half of the year, and the fundamentals look good right now.

Funny Short Stories

This funny story come from Eileen's family. When Allie, Eleen's daughter, got a new tape player, she handed her mother her old toy player, telling Eileen to give it to a child who didn't have one. Her mother suggested that Allie might want to keep it to give to her own little girl or boy someday.
" I'm never going to have a little girl or boy. Daddy won't even let us have a puppy or kitty-he'll never let us have kids."
***

Mabel's family also have a funny story. don't believe? See..
She was on her way out the door when her six-year old daughter asked to stay up a half hour later than usual. When refused, she burst into tears and headed to the living room where her husband was. He asked her why she was crying. When she didn't answer he asked,'Was it something wrong I did?'
'No,' she sobbed, 'it was that woman you married.'

***

One more a funny story from the other family: Christel. One morning I was having breakfast with my 3-year-old twin daughters. One of them was telling me what had happened to her doll the day before. the other one wanted to join in the conversation, but after 3 unsuccesful attempts she shouted :'Mom, don't interrupt me when I interrupt you!'

***

The other story from Susan. "My husband and I concluded that his several years at home with the children had been a great success. Then a friend asked our 4-year old son what he wanted to be when he grew up. Andre,my son, replied,' I want to be a mom- just like my dad.' "

***

The last funny story came from Diana. "My daughter Sarah, recently turned 10 years old. One night i tucked her in, she complained about aches and pains in her arms, legs, and necks. I told her it was nothing to worry about. She said, 'Mom, you don't understand'
'what don't I understand?' I asked.
'I m into double digits now!'

BMW who took over Sauber team at 2005, made shocking decision. They want to quit from the F1 racing at the end of this season. They had given themselves three years to win the world championship. But they only won their first race in 2008 and have only eight points this season. BMW-Sauber put up a strong challenge in 2008 with Kubica scoring their first win at the Canadian GP and made the team finished third behind Ferrari and McLaren at that season. In 2009 their car has been uncompetitive. The team held a meeting on Tuesday where they made the decision to quit from F1. Now, they will focus on the remaining races and demonstrate their fighting spirit and hope get a good result.

Global Warming

The world is warming. Glaciers are melting. sea level is rising. climatic zones are shifting. these changes are already taking place.

human activities make amount of carbon dioxcide (co2), methane and other trace gases increase. Emissions from fossil fuels (oil and coal) to produce energy are creating environmental havoc everywhere. Unprecendented amounts of their toxic by products are clogging the athmosphere with pollution, and poisoning water with liquid waste.
threatening to warm the globe's climate and change life on this planet.

Scientic and researches has concluded that world wide temperatures will rise an unprecendented 2 degrees within 35 years and more than 6 degrees by the end of the next century, if nothing is done to combat global warming.

The worlds needs trees. Lots of them to store the carbon produced by a growing population that is irreversibly industrialized. The forests are like giant utilities, providing an indispensable service to the stability of the planet. rain forest especially are carbon dumps. trees extract carbon dioxcide from the athmosphere, emit the oxygen and store the carbon in their leaves, roots and surroundiing soil. also store rain water in their roots.

Bropical forests (in equator, like Indonesia and brazil) cover some 6% of the world, but they are home for an estimated 60% of the world's species. And they are disappearing at an alarming rate. some biologists estimate that milions areas of forest is destroyed in the tropic each year.

We must do something to save our world.
