Toyota Camry


Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) USA officially launched the seventh generation Toyota Camry, best-selling sedan for 14 years. In addition to changes in appearance, its unit price is also more competitive.

From the exterior, the Camry's design looks more sporty. This emanated from the design of the headlamps are more slender and the lower middle there is a bulge. Likewise, sport-style grille (smaller) with a net models (not flipper). Then, the design on the bottom airscoop separated into three parts.

Power output 178 HP, up 9 HP with torque of 230 Nm. Fuel efficiency is also increased by a record 10.6 km per liter in the city, 14.8 km per liter on the highway, and 11.9 km per liter of a combination of both.

Newer heart of pacemaker was inserted in the SE and XLE models, as well as some use the 24-valve, DOHC 3.5-liter V6, Dual VVT-i-powered 268 hp and 336 Nm of torque. Transmission 6-speed automatic with sequential shift. Fuel consumption of 8.9 km per liter in the city, 12.7 highway miles per liter, and 10.6 km per liter combination.

For security, all of Toyota Camry comes 10 point airbags, Toyota's Star Safety System ™ which includes Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), and Brake Assist. Now, all the cars there are also features Smart Technology Stops Brake override System and monitoring tire air pressure at the speedometer.

As a reference, Japan automotive maker has also revised Camry LE price (lowest model) 200 U.S. dollars to USD 22,500 and the most expensive XLE also deducted U.S. $ 2,000 up USD 24,725. Mid-size sedan was released to the market beginning in October 2011, then followed by other countries.
